Mr Given joined the CCV board in August 2014 and is the Chief Executive Officer of EZCORP, as well as Director of US agricultural media company The Farm Journal Corporation.

He began his career working in investment banking and equity capital with experience in Hong Kong and Sydney working for Merrill Lynch.

Mr Given is also a Director of encryption solutions company Senetas Corporation; leading financial services rating and research firm CANSTAR; which specialises in physical and digital records management
